Q.

Hello! My baby girl will turn 11 months on 1st April. She blabbers a lot and has grown two teeth. However she cannot transition from sleeping position to sitting position. She can sit independently though. She doesn't crawl either. Is this a matter of concern?

A. sitting without support and crawling in children may sometimes come after one year of age also. if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry. just take care of regular diet and bazby massage which will help in strengthening the muscles needed for sitting and crawling. in some cases crawling may be absent in children and directly thse child will begin to stand with support and later walk with support and then without support. take a medical check up done to confirm if there is need of any intervention.
