Hello, my baby girl is one month old. She has developed acne marks all over face and neck. what should I do ?

as it could be because of skin allergies or infection..
maintain hygiene.. use neem water to bath baby or use suthol liquid after bath..
apply sandal paste or lacto calamine lotion on the rashes and marks..
