hello my baby girl is 7 months old now but her weight is 6.8 kg so please help how can I increase my daughter weight

A. baby is 7 month weigth should triple the birth weight by 1 year of age Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

A. In 7 months, there is not much you can do to increase the weight of the baby except to feed fully and frequently. Feed 3 main meals and 4-6 times breastmilk Or formula milk daily. Include foods like lentil puree, mashed banana and boiled potato, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi porridge, home made cerelac, etc.
