This is Normal and you should not be worried as far this but still it would be better to get a proper guidance by your doctor regarding any such kind of query so that anything should not be missed . so a proper guidafnce can bte taken just to rule out any other possibility ...

U Should wait upteill the age of 17 months if your child doesn’t get a single teeth by then then it would be a matter of concern but you can very well wait till 17 months of age after that if you want you can take an advice from a paediatric dentist as well
