hello! my baby girl has hair on her face so can I remove it or not and what I think to use for removal ?

no,no need to remove it
it should disappear by own
although if you want to try Homemade remedies you may use ubtan made up from gram flour, pinch of turmeric powder and few drops of lemon juice
