Hello, My baby girl has been exclusively breastfed. Now she is 146 days old (4 days to 5 months). whenever we eat near her she rotates her tongue as if she is tasting the food. She shows all the readiness to start solids. Sits straight with support, No more tongue thrust. She has doubled her birth weight. Can I start solids??

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello the child doing all these things is normal but it would be better to exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and if the breastmilk is not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk
