Hello..!! My baby boy was 17m old he is not even saying a single word till now. Was this concern or is it okay to wait few more months?

If your child is understanding every thing responding well to every thing and following your commands understand what you say then it is not a problem but nothing is in place then in that could be a problem but otherwise it should not be a problem if every thing is in place with what I am mentioning
