hello my baby boy is now 5 years old from past week he got slight fever then after he is saying stomach pain after eating food and passing stool stool are mucous sticky no symptoms of vomiting any other but he has heavy cold, fever has cured but stomach pain after eating food, passing stool is not cured passing 5 times daily any problem

A. dear mum. as ur chold aldo having fever with along with mention symtoms ,it sems like some infection. better to consukt ur doc on petson for the same
