hello doctor, my son is 2yrs old, from yesterday he got fever, and he is saying pain in stomach, while eating food, pls suggest me any medicines

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if the child is complaining of pain in the stomach after taking food it may be because of some in digestion but needs proper examination to rule out any other cause like infection
