hello, my baby boy 2yr old got redness around his potty area or in the middle of the bums, he is getting pain around that, also he cries when I clean his bums with cold water, what medicine should I use is nappy guard enough or any serious

In this here it is very difficult to comjment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properlgy and will guide you accordingly for this .
