A. and as your child is one year old there is no restrictions on food. you can offer all food items which are made for whole family. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.

A. hi it happens because of many reasons like weather change, dehydration, teething, stomach problem like colic indigestion or constipation etc. so please check for that. keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture. make food presentation attractive for example use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful. it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. use natural herbs and spices like ginger, garlic, ajwain seeds etc while making food for your child it will work as natural appetizer. encourage your child to do more physical activities. maintain good hygiene but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
