ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, if your baby is 4 months old, then you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Feed baby on demand that is whenever baby wants and how much baby wants. If baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient.
