Hello.. my baby 3m old and he has some white patches and small pimples on his face.. What need to do done?

The anti fungal property of coconut oil will help to get rid of the white patches and pimples also. U can buy babyhug cold pressed coconut oil which is pure and additive free. If no improvement then consult your doctor for the same
