hello my 5years old son is suffering cold from 3days and from yesterday he had cough and mild fever 99degrees pls suggest some medicines

A. dear mom.. Give steam inhalations 4 to 5 times a day for cold and, use baby vicks, use nasal drops for nasal block. Use paracetamol in proper dose for temp above 100F.
