Hello my 5 month old son has a red dot on top of his tongue Is this due to heat or he has scratched himself while sucking his hands Kindly let me know is this concerning or normal

without examination it is difficult to tell proper treatment as well as advice so you should visit the doctor for health assessment as well as examination.
whether any investigations is required or not will be told by the doctor
