Q.

Hello My 5 month old is not drinking breastmilk properly. she feeds for maximum 5 mins and then she doesn't want to be fed more. Her weight hasn't increased at all in the last month. Can I start semisolid to her? she doesn't take formula milk or bottle. please help. i am worried about her health.

A. She doesn't take formula milk at all. I am trying on a regular basis she doesn't take it.

A. you can give Formula milk as well.

A. Hi mom The weight gets double the birth weight by five months.. If the weight has doubled then no need to worry.. Solids to be introduced once baby completes six months. Till then only breastfeeding is recommended
