hello my 4 months baby exclusive breastfed and she reduced weight of 100 gms In 1 week and not taking enough milk even what to do

A. Check the problem what is happening because I’m sure that your child is probably having some problem some issue is that and that is why the appetite of the child has gone down and wheat is also decreases because of that only you can first check the gums of your child that’s the most common reason that a child has a disease but further more you do need to check with the doctor if needed
