Hello, my 3yr old boy suffer from constipation. Every after 3-4 months it becomes excessive and he passes really hard stool. These days his intial poop is dark coloured mixed with more normal color of poop. what should i do? please suggest. Thankyou!

Colour is not a problem but constipation certainly is a major problem because if your child is having constipation constantly then it is better to go ahead with asking your doctor to help me with some laxity which you can give regularly along with that I would recommend you to increase Phiber ideyo child daily diet fibres and good amount of fluids are really very important to maintain proper hydration and do the motion consistency for the child
