Q.

Hello.. My 3 month baby is sometimes sneezing in the nappy but not in the diaper..???

A. it is important to keep the child hydrated. anti cold medicines are not given without medical consultation what you can give now is nasal saline drops which is salt water and can be given again and again to decrease nasal blockage as well as cough and cold try to prevent temperature variationsc around the child and keep the child well covered. can give indirect steam inhalation . anti-cold mediccines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.

I have been using clothe nappies for 3-6 hours a day (rest if the time diaper) and coconut oil after every nappy change. is that ok or you would recommend more nappy time?
