Hello, my 3.10 years old daughter frequently gets irrigation in vagina. sometimes it will be red, I usually apply coconut oil & washing with intimate wash. please advise me remedies for this issue.

A. examination is necessary . . . . . . you should clean with soap and water everyday when you are giving a bath . limit the use of diapers for your baby
