A. To increase the weight of baby, it is important to include fatty and protein rich foods. Even though baby eats well, but the nutritional value is not correct, health will not improve. Include foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits and 550 to 650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, curd, coconut water, fresh juices, etc.
