hello my 18 months daughter get ipv hib vaccine together and she gets high fever like 103° at night.even we had given her paracetamol. she cant properly move her legs..now fever come to 101°.. do these vaccine create high fever ??

A. most of the times vaccines will cause fever in the baby very mild to moderate degree in some babies the fever can be high depending on the response in the baby which may continue for 2 to 3 days
