Q.

Hello, My 1 year old was down with severe cough and cold and mild chest infection, she eat whatever is given by gone underweight, I have stopped breast feeding cause of low supply of milk.. what can I do to regain my child's weight to a normal number in this age. which formula milk would you suggest?

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu whfgere most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and deconfgestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits, and dairy in your child’s diet.
