Q.

Hello mothers.. my daughter is 21 months old.. she is so accustomed to eating mashed foods that she doesn't want to eat anything which needs to be chewed.. whenever I give her semi solid kind of food with very small chunks of veggies she just spits it out. and it I mash it and give it she swallows it easily.. please suggest how can I guide her to start chewing her food..

A. If the child is throwing it up or spitting it out let it be stopped giving food to the child and you have to teach your child that you have to choose the food I am not going to the food but if you do not fall for what your child is willing to then the child is actually going to eat the way you are giving it it is going to take some time but it will help
