hello moms.. I wanted to know is it safe to consume safi while m breastfeeding. my son is old enough now n takes feed only while sleeping. kindly guide me

Neha SharmaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello,you can take safi while breastfeeding but take only two spoons in a day and as it's a blood purifier and there is no such survey has done about it about the side effects of it while you breast-feed ,so don't worry and you can have it.
