Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Add ghee to baby’s food.
Milk products like curd.
Add jeera, hing, mint to baby’s food.
Breastfeed till 2 years.

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
