hello mommies. what should I include in my baby girl's daily diet to improve immunity? pls help .

A. Dear mum, to improve your baby’s immunity, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Add ghee to baby’s food. Milk products like curd. Add jeera, hing, mint to baby’s food. Breastfeed till 2 years.

Hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please include green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
