hello mommies its been 55 days i hv delivered the second baby and i have started doing house chores like cooking cleaning etc also but after delivery i get the pain under my foot and feels inflammation too any reason and what can i do for it. pls advice

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. there can be an element og arthritis ok.you better cut in salt.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyBest will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis
