hello mom/docs my question is i have directly stopped breastfeeding my 3 n half yr baby from past 4 days.. i dint got any pain nor heaviness yet.. when can i expect pain n how to deal with it? should i express milk n throw out if chest becomes heavy? will der ny problem im future? plz guide..

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. if any pain will arise it will arise within 48 hours if it is not coming no need to worry otherwise yes you can massage as well as express the milk ok

to reduce pain..
and follow the doctor.
gently massage or warm compress also helps treating pain..
