Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it should be your menses now. so as such no need to worry. just have Healthy diet. keep your self well hydrated. and take enough sleep. if you get heavy bleeding , severe cramps then please visit your gynecologist.
