hello meri beti ko teen din fever rha day me theen bar aata tha dbai dene pe bhi fever 102 tk rhta tha abhi wo sahi ho gai h kal se fever nhi aaya hai lekin aaj uske skin pe red rashes nikle h ye dengue ke rash to nhi h please btaye
