hello meri beti hui hai 26th aug ko dr ne meko iron ki tablet likhi hai livogen jo main pregnancy mai bhi leti thi toh meko constipation ho jaata tha pet dard hota tha toh main nahi leti thi kya meko iron supplement lena chahiye ya phir main iron related fruits kha sakti hu

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. If iron supplement doesn’t suit you then ask your gynaecologist for its substitute and meanwhile eat iron rich foods and along with that have Vitamin C rich fruits as it improves absorption of iron in the body
