hello, mere periods do bar se 15 or 20 days per ho rhe hai or thyroid bhi bahut badha hua hai Mai thyroid ke liye thyroxin 100 leti hi subah Khali pet jaisa doctor ne prescribe Kiya hai or yoga bhi karti hu lekin koi jyada asar nahi hua hai Kya Karu ki period time se aaye or thyroid bhi normal ho Jaye
