HELLO mere miss priod hua 2 din hua hai or upt test positive aaya hai lekin sonography main abhi kuch nahi dikhay de raha to iska kya matlab ho sakta hai or mein abhi kya karu plz ans me Write Your Question Here

A. if it is delayed conception the weeks of pregnancy may be less due to which in sonography it cannot be detected so you can just wait for one week more and do a proper sonography
