hello, mere baby ko kal night se fever h highest fever 102.1 tha fever ki medicine se normal ho jata h fir halka fever aa jata h, fever ke siva or koi symptoms nhi h please mujhe btaye mujhe doctor ke pass kb jana chahiye

A. yes, give him syp crocin for fever in 6 hourly. keep a wstch on his body temprature. give him lots of fluids, condult your doctor if no improvement after 3 days.
