hello, mere baby ko 3 din pehle door ki kundi se hip par cut lag gaya tha halka deep lag raha tha. local dispensary leke gaye the waha ke doctor ne dekh kar bola ke tetness ki jaroorat nahi hai and he also checked his vaccination card (in 2021 bachche ko ddt laga tha last). kya hame tetness lagwana chahiye tha? please help I am confused now. if lagwana chahiye tha to please guide now what I should do.

A. TT nahin Leni hai if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
