You should consult your doctor 1st to confirm your pregnancy because UPT test kit are not hundred percent reliable secondly if the test is positive after sonography then you’ll have to quit breastfeeding the child as it is not advisable to breastfeed the child when you’re pregnant with a younger one for other details you’ll have to check with the doctor only
