hello mera bachha 1 year ka he pure din me sirf 1hr sotha fir rath me bar bar jagta reheta he bohoth neend Kam he plz suggest me

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please masaage baby feet with BabyHug coconut oil for sound sleep. Also please make sure that the baby room is quiet and dimly lit while the baby is sleeping. Baby sleep patterns keep on changing with time so no need to panic. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.
