hello Mera bacha 20 manth ka hi to Mai khane me kya du. ushe or koi tonic use Karu kya ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. avoid self n suggested medication give all family food, including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein.
also give sufficient play time too.
