A. Hello Till initial 4-5 months babys routine is not fixed. So baby doesn't understand night & day time difference Make sure to set a fixed night time routine Like singing songs, dim light, warm bath etc at night. tell baby that it is night time. so that bHy slowly understand the difference & learns to sleep at night
