hello, Mera baby 2 years and 7 month ka hai uske uper lips per kuchh fafola jaisa ho Gaya hai pahle ek do hi tha lekin dhire dhire badh rha hai bahut presan hai Mera baby please help me

it happens because of infection or heat etc.
so please keep that area clean.
use soft Cotton clothe for this but don't rub it harshly.
apply thin layer of coconut oil there
visit your pediatrician for once.
