hello...Mera baby 12 month ka hai..use chote chote safed Dane bumps ki tarah ho rhe h..reason ni samj aa rha hai..please help me out

it could be Infection
so please visit your pediatrician
do not try any homemade remedies
choose Cotton clothes for your child.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
stop using any cosmetics.
maintain good hygiene
