Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examinfation. Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion ldike Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear In general, treatment consists of: Using a very gentle soap. Using a gentle detergent and no fabric softener in baby's laundry. Using skin moisturizers. Applying a steroid cream (like hydrocortisone or even a stronger one) if the eczema won't go away.
