hello mera 2 yr ka baby he .hum 1month k liye out of India ja rahe to jab ghumenge tab use bahar ka khana de sakte he kya ? ..nd kya option he plz help khane ko

You can give everything to your child avoid giving more of bread because obviously they’re completely refined flour if you get Indian food somewhere you can go for that otherwise you can give all kind of fruits and vegetables and whatever is available in that country the local cuisine you can go for that and you can definitely include eggs and non-veg if you want
