hello,mera 2 and half months old baby hai.muje apni diet kaisi Leni cahiye plzz btaye.maine gond panjiri bhi Leni band kr di hai.kya mujhe dobara Leni cahiye or workout kbse shuru Kar skte hai?

A. you can tahe hindi pinjari ladoos. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts in diet. Fresh fruits, dairy products.
