A. hi mom back pain is quite common after delivery due to lax abdominal and back muscles so u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet

A. Hey Mommy , additionally you can also appoint a masseur who can massage well your body ( back/legs etc) excluding tummy. This will definitely help. Keeping following good diet , like calcium enriched foods - milk, dalia etc which also boost your milk supply.
