Hello mem.... I want to know that applying mustard oil home made kajal is safe for 19 days old children or not safe .

Whether it is home-made or whether it is organic any kind of Kajal will not be recommended to be used for the child under under the age of 5 to 6 years specially when you use it into the eyes it can actually block the eye ducks basically that’s why the doctors do not advise you to use it it’s not healthy for your child
