hello mam. we have 2 kids on 2nd delivery we are not able to do TT operation so we want to method of family planning rather than Cesarean like TT operation by laser{is this available only in govt camp}, copper T {why people dont prefer this does it have side effect like weight gain ,heavy blodding etc } is it safe. pls reply
