hello mam,this is my second cesarean delivery and 24th day after delivery ..i am feeling same back ache and little stress in stitches and a lot weakness...how many days i need for the complete recovery??and is this back ache permanent??

A. After delivery you should take rest for at least 3 months and then after that you can start with regular routine. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
