hello mam , tell me how to clear the stretch mark after normal delivery and how to tighten the stomach can you say the solution

A. To tighten the stomach you have to work out on a daily basis by doing abdominal and toning exercises. For stretch marks you have to apply olive oil or coconut oil twice a day and massage
