hello mam/ sir I'm pregnant and now I'm running 2nd month I'm feeling stomach burning if I'm taking lots of water also this may leads to miscarriage or something else can please tell me

See this is the condition of your stomach it is not going to lead to miscarriage you’re feeling uneasy because of your stomach and intestine and indigestion conditions it’s better to check with your gynaecologist will help you with right medicine that you should follow and that’s going to be very helpful
